Utilizing Agentic AI and advanced additive manufacturing processes to build next-generation aircraft faster and cheaper than legacy manufacturers
Certification accounts for 40% of development costs for a new aircraft. We are able to reduce certification and product development costs by using in-house developed AI, automation, and 3D printing.
AI: Utilizing AI to reduce aircraft development costs, certification, and manufacturing processes.
Additive manufacturing: Utilizing the latest technology to 3D print parts and manufacturing tools. This reduces costs, time, and waste.
Automation: Eliminating human error and waste while increasing production efficiency.

N1000 family: Built today for tomorrow

Building aircraft faster and cheaper begins with aircraft design and powertrain selection. These choices result in an aircraft built to work with today's infrastructure while being far more sustainable.
N1000 is a conventional fixed-wing. So, it follows a clearly defined, well-proven certification path similar to a legacy aircraft.
N1000 uses today's batteries: (400–500 Wh/kg), so there is no need for a battery miracle.
N1000 uses a hybrid-electric propulsion system, so there is no need for new airport infrastructure.

Numbers that speak: N1000 burns ~84,000 gallons less fuel, saving owners ~$546,000 in fuel costs over 5 years when compared to similarly sized legacy aircraft.
Better for us, better for you, better for our planet. Electriflying aviation.

1
50% of Scheduled Flights
A 1000 km range covers half of all scheduled commercial flights, meaning electric aviation has the potential to reduce 20% of all aviation CO2 emissions.
2
800 Kilometers Range
Anticipated to cover routes up to this distance based on a battery pack of 360 wh/kg, and up to 1000km with future battery improvements.
3
Five Times More Efficient
Achieves up to five times higher efficiency per passenger kilometer than hydrogen or SAF-powered aircraft, matching the energy efficiency of an average electric car with 1.2 passengers.

Asked Questions
Frequently asked questions
Nimbus will start full-scale prototype test flights by 2028
Type-certification will be in late 2030
N1000 can accommodate 6 passengers and 2 pilots. However, N1000 is fully certified for single pilot operation.
N1000 can fly up to 1,500 nm.
Traditional aircraft are extremely loud. In fact, they can reach 140 decibels during takeoff. N1000 is significantly quieter which will benefit passengers and reduce noise pollution to communities during take off and landing.
